OFF-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM
Brett Fischer PT, ATC, CSCS has used over 20 years of sports conditioning & rehabilitation experience to develop an effective, comprehensive training program.
The NoDoubt! Football program starts with a complete functional evaluation to identify potential deficiencies and to get to the source of dysfunction rather than the symptoms. This allows athletes to meet their full potential. We customize each athlete’s program to match his playing level, to meet his personal goals and to support his team’s off-season conditioning program.
This program takes players to a new level and maximizes their performance during the season. Affordable weekly & monthly rates are available along with hotel, car rental and travel discounts.
NFL COMBINE PREPARATION CAMP
Our NFL Combine Preparation Camp provides athletes with comprehensive training that dramatically improves Power, Balance, Agility, Flexibility and Speed. Our camp participants are thoroughly prepared for the mental & physical rigors of the NFL Combine and Pro Day Test. The program includes:
- The best 40 yard dash speed training in the business – several Fischer Sports Combine Camp participants have set NFL Combine records.
- Daily manual therapy/joint mobilization and massage therapy to specific body parts.
- Functional strengthening exercises geared for the NFL Combine.
- Specific agility enhancement drills performed on Field Turf.
- Dynamic flexibility program to improve speed, increase power and prevent injury.
- Sports Nutritional Counseling and Supplementation – access to top quality Infinity and Cytomax nutrition products and blood analysis by a Sports Nutritionist will maximize performance by improving digestion and utilization of foods and supplements.

Sports nutritionist Shan Stratton, founder and owner of Core Health Products, works with many professional sports teams. Shan provides our athletes with individualized plans to maximize performance by improving digestion and utilization of foods and supplements.
